Sheldon L. Kasman, B.A. (University of Toronto, 1968), is a native Torontonian who graduated from York University’s Osgoode Hall Law School with his LL.B. (1971) and his LL.M. (1982). He established his own law practice in 1974. Mr. Kasman is an aggressive civil litigator who advocates for injured victims and workers. For 50 years, he has provided dedicated, personalized service to his clients in obtaining maximum compensation for them. As counsel, he has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Court of Appeal. Mr. Kasman has served his clients on numerous occasions in hearings before the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, the Criminal Injuries Compensation Board, the Workplace Safety & Insurance Board, the Workplace Safety & Insurance Appeals Tribunal, the Canada Pension Plan Review Tribunals and the Canada Pension Appeals Board. He is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, The Advocates’ Society, the Ontario Bar Association and the Toronto Lawyers Association.
